Drainage Outlet Nets
Pollution is a large source of contamination. To avoid further contamination, we can use simple and cheap drainage nets to be placed on drainage outlets. These outlets prevent chunks of trash and other contaminants from going into bodies of water or water treatment plants.
Simple Filtration System
Again, another way to avoid pollution is to use this simple design. A design that uses a tank of water. As seen in the diagram, the water flows into a large tank so that most of the debris will sink to the bottom and stay there. Fluids and other light debris will stay on top, and so, the water goes back to the bodies of water.
Water Treatment Plants
What do we do with the water that comes from drainages? Many drainage outlets just lead to a body of water, which is not good because of the many contaminants. However, we can have our drainages lead to a water treatment plant so that the “dirty water” can be properly filtered and returned to our bodies of water
